In this episode, I talk with a legend of the Beatles fan community, a man of many titles, Charles F. Rosenay(!!!)! We discuss the wonderful madness that is International Beatle Week, the origins of the "Good Day Sunshine" fanzine, buying "Something New" instead of "Magical Mystery Tour" in '67, highlights from Charles' old Beatle conventions, the Beatle tribute band world, and of course, Charles' Alan Williams story. All that, and so much more!

In this episode, I talk with a Beatle book connoisseur, and the man behind the Instagram account @booksbeatles, Joe Wisbey! We talk about how he discovered The Beatles through a TV airing of the movie "Help!", the glory days of HMV, a complete lack of knowledge of the concept of baseball, the treatment of Paul in many early Beatle books, the infamous Albert Goldman book, and Joe's personal top six list of favourite Beatle books.

In this episode, I talk with one of, if not the original “Fan On The Run”, Ricky Glover! We talked about Ricky and his friends talking on the school bus about the Ed Sullivan show appearance, passing down Beatlemania through generations, the hunger for knowledge about the lads, Ricky’s extensive Beatles memorabilia collection, the origins of the original “Fans On The Run”, and an observation on the number of times I say hello during the opening of the show.

In the first part of this very special two-parter episode with the host of "Paul Or Nothing" Sam Whiles, we discuss the insecurities involved with doing podcasts, the underrated gem "Check My Machine", record collecting completion-ism, an iPod Nano, becoming a Beatle fan in the age of the information superhighway, buying vinyl under the influence, and our eardrum-shattering impressions of a slide guitar. Tune in on Friday for the thrilling conclusion!

The new episode of Fans On The Run is here, and I am honoured to be joined by the living legend himself, Ivor Davis! Ivor and I talk about joining The Beatles '64 U.S. tour, the threat of being torn from limb to limb by screaming teenagers, his memories of the Canadian stops on the tour, the summit between The Beatles and Elvis in '65, and much, much more! In fact, a good portion of this episode is spent talking about Ivor's illustrious career outside of The Beatles, including that fateful night at the Ambassador Hotel with Robert F. Kennedy, the coverage of the Manson murders, and his favourite interviews he's done.
Special thanks to Jude Southerland-Kessler for making this happen!

This episode is available to stream on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart Radio, Podbean, and wherever good podcasts can he heard!
